He did his MBBS from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad and his Post-Graduation (MD) from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.

After doing his MD (Masters in Medicine), he did Superspeciality in Rheumatology (DM Rheumatology) from the prestigious Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences(SGPGIMS)

During his DM training he got trained with Dr. Ramnath Misra and Dr.Amita Agrawal, pioneers of Rheumatology in Asia.
